RETURNS & REFUND

You can return the items you purchased within 14 business days from the date of their arrival. All items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered.

 

All tags must be in place and original boxes and packaging must be returned in mint condition. We cannot process refunds for damaged products.

 

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow these steps:

 

1. Wrap the goods carefully in the original packaging

2. If  you are entitled to a free return (check our returns policy here to see if you qualify)...

   - Add the “Consignment Note” and original invoice (both documents will have been sent with your order)

   - Please contact your TNT local service ( contact is on the “Consignment Note” ) and request a return pick-up

3. If you are not entitled to a free return (check our returns policy here to see if you qualify) shipping will be at your own expense. We recommend using an express courier with tracking number. If you choose to return items by post, please register your parcel.

4. Clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or courier forms

5. Send us an e-mail with Return + Order Number in the subject field to the following address: customerservice@wrongweather.net. Please state your name and surname, telephone number and reason for the return in the email.
