Relevant information for orders placed from Russia
We are very sorry to inform that for the present, due to constraints laws by Russia and other factors unrelated to Wrong Weather, all orders placed from Russia are prohibited. We are trying our best to resolve the issue and hopefully this situation will be restored soon.

RETURNS & REFUND

You are entitled to a 10 day trial period. All items must be returned to us up to 10 days after your order’s arrival, the 10 business day window measures between the day you receive your order and the day you ship it back to us, excluding delivery time.

Should you not be fully satisfied we will give you a full refund ( do not include the original shipping costs ) Your money will be refunded as soon as possible. You are responsible for all customs costs incurred.

All items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered.
All tags must be in place, boxes and packages including shoe boxes, jewelry packages, sunglasses boxes etc must be returned in mint conditions. Packages is also a part of the product so please wrap them carefully before sending. If we receive damaged packages ( with clear evidences that the damage was caused upon the shipping and not caused by the courier ) we will not make the refund.

 

FREE RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

If you are entitled to FREE RETURN please follow this steps. Please note that you are responsible for all customs costs incurred.

Please follow this steps:

- Wrap the goods carefully using the same package,
- Join the “Consignment Note” document  in attach as well as the correct invoice ( we send you both documents within your order )
- Clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or courier forms,
- Please contact your TNT local service ( contact is on the “Consignment Note” ) and request a Return pick-up,
- Send us an e-mail to the following address: info@wrongweather.net  , with Return + Order Number in the subject field and specify your      name/surname, telephone number and reason for the return.

NORMAL RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

If you´re not entitled to FREE RETURN you are still entitled to return the goods and get a refund. Please note that you are responsible for all customs costs incurred.
We recommend using an express courier with tracking number. If you choose to return items by post, please register your parcel. 

Please follow this steps:

- Wrap the goods carefully using the same package,
- Clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or courier forms,
- Send us an e-mail to the following address: info@wrongweather.net  , with Return + Order Number in the subject field and specify your name/surname, telephone number , shipping method / tracking number and reason for the return.

DELIVERY

Deliveries will be handled by FEDEX Express or TNT Express. All orders are processed and shipped within 48h.

Delivery times:

EUROPE: Central 1 to 3 days ; others up to 5 days
U.S.A.: 1 to 3 days
ASIA: 2 to 4 days
SPAIN: Central 1 to 2 days, Islands up to 5 days
PORTUGAL: 24h

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided automatically. You can also log in to “My Account” and verify your order history.

A tracking number will be issued with your order and sent to your e-mail address upon shipping so that you may keep track of your order, which should arrive within a 7-day period after shipping.

This option is available in our website, make your online order and upon checkout please select Click & Collect option, your order will be handled in our store in Porto, ready for the pick-up.

SHIPPING CHARGES FOR MULTIPLE FOOTWEAR PURCHASES


If you purchase two or more pairs of footwear, be advised that shipping will be charged in increments of 1/2.
If the for the first pair you will pay one shipping charge, all the other pairs in the same order will be charged half a shipping charge each. For example, if you purchase two pairs of shoes, these will be subject to an one and a half (1.5) shipping charge; if you buy three pairs, two (2) shipping charges; if you buy four, two and a half (2.5) shipping charges; and so on.
 

SHIPPING CHARGES FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS PURCHASES

If you purchase more than five items, be advised that shipping will be charged in increments of ½ for each 5 item group. As an example; if for 5 items you will pay one shipping charge, from six to ten items you will pay one and a half shipping charge, and two shipping charges if your order comprises between 11 and 15 items.

If your order comprises mainly sale items, shipping is paid in full.
If your order comprises mainly non-sale items, our shipping offers stand. If your order is superior to 250€ for non-sales items, shipping charges will be free.
 

COMPLAINTS

We check all orders thoroughly before shipping them. If, for any reason, there are problems with your ordered item(s) or you receive the wrong order, we will of course correct this for you. You will not incur in any additional charges. If you have a complaint please send us an e-mail to info@wrongweather.net describing it. Please attach a picture if at all possible. All complaints are carefully looked into, which in some cases may take some time. Please be patient. Do not send anything back until you have received our express confirmation to do so.
