RETURNS & REFUND
You can return the items you purchased within 14 business days from the date of arrival. Please note that our Free Returns policy does not apply to items on sale. Exceptionally, some non-sale items may be excluded from Free Returns in which case there will be a warning next to their picture.
All tags must be in place and original packaging must be returned in mint condition. Please use the same boxes we have sent your items in to ease returns processing. If the boxes are damaged, please request new boxes of the same size from Fedex - this will be at no cost to you. We will not process refunds for damaged or worn products.
We only guarantee free returns if you follow the instructions below.
1. Send us an e-mail with "Return + Order Number" in the subject ﬁeld to the following address: email@example.com. Please state your name and surname, telephone number and reason for the return in the email. The Wrong Weather Customer Service Team will check if you are entitled to a free return and then schedule a pick up for your item(s) using our contracted courier.
2. If you are not entitled to a free return, you can still contact us so we can schedule a pick up at your convenience but the postage cost will be at your expense. If you don't contact us, we recommend you use an express courier with tracking number or, if sending by post, register your parcel. Be advised that if you make independent arrangements to return your purchases we may charge you for any costs incurred by us.
3. Wrap the goods carefully in the original packaging.
4. Add the "INVOICE" and "RETURN PROFORMA INVOICE" (both documents will have been sent with your order) and clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or courier forms. On the "RETURN PROFORMA INVOICE" tick only the items you are returning.
