RETURNS & REFUND

 

You can return the items you purchased within 14 business days from the date of their arrival. All items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered.

 

All tags must be in place and original boxes and packaging must be returned in mint condition. We cannot process refunds for damaged products.

 

To make a safe return please follow the instructions bellow. We will schedule a pick up for your return.

 

We do not take liability for returns made independently. If you choose to make the return by yourself we recommend using an express courier with tracking number. If you choose to return items by post, please register your parcel. We will charge the costs associated with the shipping of independent returns. 

 

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

 

1. Wrap the goods carefully in the original packaging

2. To see if you are entitled to a free return check our delivery & returns policy here.

(If you are not entitled to a free return shipping will be at your own expense.)

3. Add the "INVOICE" and "RETURN PROFORMA INVOICE" (both documents will have been sent with your order)

4. Clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or courier forms. On the "RETURN PROFORMA INVOICE" tick only the items you are returning.

5. We will schedule a pick up for your return. Send us an e-mail with "Return + Order Number" in the subject field to the following address: customerservice@wrongweather.netPlease state your name and surname, telephone number and reason for the return in the email.

Our Free Shipping/Free Returns policy does not apply to items on sale.
