East London design duo Hatton Labs, founded by Jack Cannon and Joe Gelb, has been gaining recognition through their mainline but especially through their collaborations with iconic brands such as Spiced rum Sailor Jerry or streetwear-fashion brand Chinatown Market. 

Handcrafted in the heart of London’s prestigious jewelry district, Hatton Gardens, the brand aims to offer fine jewelry with modern designs and pop-culture references.

The latest collaboration for SS21 is with Playboy, the world-famous lifestyle and entertainment publication.
Hatton Labs took the iconographic Playboy rabbit logo and designed a collection with the logo as the focal point.

 

"The rabbit, the bunny, in America has a sexual meaning; and I chose it because it's a fresh animal, shy, vivacious, jumping - sexy. "

The result is a collection that recalls the 90's glamour (probably the premium decade of Playboy) through a modern lens, alluring to an old-school glamour where gold and diamond were kings.
