RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return Policy:

  • Return Period: You have 14 business days from the date your order arrives to initiate a return.

  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging in mint condition. Returns of damaged or worn products will not be accepted.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are not offered. However, you can return an item and re-order as you wish.

  • Return Costs: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return an Item:

  • Initiate the Return: Email [email protected] with the subject line "Return + [Your Order Number] + [Your Name]". Include the reason for the return in the email.

  • Return Confirmation: The Wrong Weather Customer Service Team will confirm your return and provide instructions for returning your item(s).

  • Prepare Your Return: Pack the items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packaging is in mint condition. If the original boxes are damaged, request new ones from DHL at no extra cost.

  • Complete Paperwork: Include the "INVOICE" and "RETURN PROFORMA INVOICE" in the package. On the "RETURN PROFORMA INVOICE", mark only the items you are returning. Attach the "RETURN LABEL" to the box.

  • Customs and Courier Forms: Clearly label the package as returned goods on any customs or courier forms.

  • Drop Off or Pick Up: Drop off the package at a DHL office or schedule a pick-up with them.

Note: Arranging your own return shipping may result in non-refundability.

Refunds:

  • Processing: Refunds are processed immediately after the return is received and inspected. Items that are damaged or worn are not eligible for a refund.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Be aware of potential additional fees when using PayPal.

Rejected/Unclaimed Orders:

When purchasing goods from outside the European Union, you automatically become an importer. This means that your order may be held at customs upon arrival in your country, awaiting the payment of local fees, taxes and value of the products you are importing. Wrong Weather is not responsible for the payment of these costs. If you decide not to comply with the payment of these fees and reject or don't claim the order, you will incur a fine. The fine amount will vary, depending on your local customs charges, and will be deducted from the value of your refund. 

Local Customs Costs Outside EU: 

Any customs cost, whether for the shipment of the order or its return is the customer's responsibility, and Wrong Weather cannot be held responsible for the same. Please contact your local customs to know about your local policies.
