This GOTS-certified organic cotton twill is woven in Italy and embellished using a jacquard technique to create the raised crescent-shaped motifs that characterise the All Over Moon print. Introduced last season in a beige colour, the Moon Jacquard Twill returns for another outing in the new shade of tone-on-tone brown, happily not straying too far from the harmonious and organic palette of its predecessor. This fabric is the foundation for Marine Serre to spin out her modern-day vision of workwear: practical and everyday pieces, as per tradition, but made in an eco-responsible material, and featuring a refined and elegant design. As always, it’s the level of attention to detail here that takes something humble and makes it high-end — namely raw hems, topstitching and a variation in the saturation levels of the All Over Moon print across the garments. Pieces are finished on the back or side with a black leather Marine Serre jacron.
