DELIVERY

We offer express shipping on all orders. For orders placed until 2PM GMT from Monday to Saturday, we offer same day shipment.

Please note that during sale season, shipping might take slightly longer than usual.

Shipping costs may vary depending on product category, number of items ordered and of course, your location. Shipping costs are shown at checkout upon choosing the corresponding country from the dropdown menu.

 

FREE SHIPPING:

Depending on your location, we offer Free Shipping for orders above the thresholds listed below. Please note that our Free Express Delivery/Free Returns policy does not apply to items on sale. Orders with containing multiple footwear items are also not eligible for Free Shipping.

Exceptionally, some non-sale items may be excluded from Free Delivery/Free Returns - in this event there will be a notification on their product page, next to the product picture.

 

US and Canada: 1 to 2 days – Free express shipping and free returns on all orders over 350$ USD

 

DDP - Delivery Duty Paid Shipping (US only)

Wrong Weather ships to the US destinations on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis.

This means that all applicable taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price when you place your order and there are no additional costs due upon delivery.

DDP shipping is only applicable on SS22 collections and not available for previous collections.

 

Europe: 1 to 2 days – Free express shipping and free returns on all orders over 270€ EUR / £235 GBP

 

UK: 1 to 2 days – Free express shipping and free returns on all orders over £235 GBP - We are currently not accepting orders below £135 GBP (UK only) 


Asia and Rest of the World: 2 to 3 days - Free express shipping on all orders over  465$ USD / ¥50.800 JPY 


Portugal: 24 hours - Free express shipping and free returns on all orders over 90€ EUR. In-Store collection is also available. At check out please select the Click & Collect option.

 

You will receive an e-mail with a FEDEX Express, TNT Express or DHL express tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. You can log in to “My Account” and check your order history.
